A valid credit card is required to secure a reservation. For certain high-demand periods or premium accommodations, a non-refundable deposit may be required.

2.2 Payment Terms

Rates are quoted per room per night and are subject to applicable taxes and fees. Additional charges may apply for extra guests, amenities, or services.

Full payment for accommodation is typically collected upon check-out, unless otherwise specified. For certain packages, events, or during peak seasons, pre-payment may be required.

2.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by property, room type, and rate plan. Specific cancellation terms will be provided at the time of booking.

Generally, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date will not incur a penalty. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may result in a charge equivalent to one night's stay plus applicable taxes.

No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

3. Check-in and Check-out

3.1 Check-in Procedures

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM local time. Early check-in may be available based on room availability and may incur an additional fee.

Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID and credit card at check-in. The credit card holder must be one of the guests checking in.

3.2 Check-out Procedures

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM local time. Late check-out may be arranged based on availability and may incur an additional fee.

Guests are responsible for settling all outstanding charges upon check-out.

4. Gaming Regulations

4.1 Age Requirements

All guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino areas and participate in gaming activities. Valid photo identification may be required at any time.

4.2 Responsible Gaming

We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal property. We recommend using in-room safes for valuable items.

6.2 Property Damage

Guests will be held responsible for any damage caused to the property, fixtures, furnishings, or equipment during their stay. Charges for damages will be applied to the guest's account.

6.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience suffered by any person as a result of using our facilities or services, except to the extent caused by our negligence.

7. Intellectual Property
